If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Here is the checklist.
Extra characters
Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the bet9ja promo code can cause a silent failure. Clear the field and type it in by hand.
- The account already existed
The bet9ja promotion code Code field only appears on the registration form. Customer service cannot apply a bet9ja promotion code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.
Qualifying deposit not met
Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once .
Details missing
An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.
- The one-per-household rule was triggered
bet9ja promo code restricts the bonus to a single claim across each of those. Sharing a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. The restriction is enforced automatically.
- The bonus is there but not withdrawable
Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Progress is visible under My Account.
Next step
Raise it with bet9ja promo code support, who can see what was recorded against the account. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.
The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
